Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship all orders within 2 - 5 working days (excluding custom bulk orders).
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 on all orders. We use couriers and Royal Mail to deliver our products.
Please note that in hot weather conditions of 30 degrees + we may delay posting orders to avoid them being damaged in hot delivery vans. We will always contact you to keep you updated of any issues.
You will receive a dispatch email when your items are on the way. If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please get in touch at jiminywickit@outlook.com.

Return & Exchange Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please do get in touch with us via email at jiminywickit@outlook.com or via the contact form so we can see what we can do. Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and if you're not happy, we'd love the chance to make it right.
If you would like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original state.
If an item is faulty or damaged, you MUST provide photographic evidence in order for us to resolve the issue. This is vital for our records.
