Shipping & Returns


We aim to ship all orders within 2 - 7 working days (excluding custom bulk orders).  

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 on all orders.  We use couriers and Royal Mail to deliver our products. 

Due to Covid19, there will sometimes be delays due to local lockdowns, sorting office closures and large volume of postal backlog. We keep an eye on this and use whichever postal service is currently running with faster service times. Please bare in mind that once the item has left us, these delays are out of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please do get in touch with us via email at or via the contact form so we can see what we can do.  Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and if you're not happy, we'd love the chance to make it right.

If you would like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original state.

If an item is faulty or damaged, you MUST provide photographic evidence in order for us to resolve the issue. This is vital for our records.
